1. Who we are
Cineweb Agency ("Cineweb", "we", "us") is a web design studio based in İzmir, Türkiye. We design and build premium, cinematic, interactive websites for businesses worldwide.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and our delivery of the design services described on this website. By placing an order you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy.
2. The services
We design and build custom, cinematic, interactive websites. Every project is scoped and quoted individually for your business — bespoke work, not a pre-made template you download. Scope typically ranges from a single cinematic landing page to a complete multi-page flagship site with a private client dashboard.
When you reach out through the claim form or by email, we reply with the proposed scope, delivery timeline (typically 5–12 business days depending on scope), the number of revision rounds included, and a fixed price tailored to your project. The price we quote and you approve in writing is the price you pay — there are no hidden fees.
3. Ordering and payment
- You tell us about your business through the claim form or by email.
- We reply within one business day with a project plan, scope and a tailored quote, followed by a secure payment link.
- Once payment is completed, your production slot is locked and the delivery timeline begins as described in Section 5.
Payments are collected through Payoneer's secure payment request service (Payoneer Inc.). You receive a payment link by email and can pay by credit/debit card or bank transfer (including ACH debit for US clients) without creating any account. All prices are in USD. Card details are entered only on Payoneer's secure payment pages — we never see or store them. Payment processing is additionally subject to Payoneer's own terms of service.
4. Your responsibilities
- Provide the materials we need (text, logos, photos, brand assets, access details) promptly. Delivery timelines pause while we wait for required materials or approvals from you.
- Ensure you own, or are licensed to use, all materials you supply to us. You are responsible for the legality and accuracy of the content you provide.
- Review drafts and respond to revision requests in a timely manner.
5. Delivery and revisions
- The delivery period starts when both your payment and your complete brief/materials have been received.
- Each package includes the number of revision rounds listed above. A revision round is a consolidated set of change requests to the delivered design within the agreed scope.
- Requests that go beyond the package scope (extra pages, new features, a change of creative direction after approval) are quoted separately as additional work. We will always tell you before anything becomes billable.
- When the website is approved, we deliver it live on your domain (you provide domain/hosting access) or hand over the complete files — whichever is agreed in the project plan.
6. Intellectual property
- Upon receipt of full payment, ownership of the final website deliverables produced specifically for you transfers to you.
- Third-party components used in the build (e.g. open-source libraries, licensed fonts) remain governed by their own licenses; we only use components whose licenses permit commercial use in client projects.
- We retain the right to display the finished work in our portfolio and marketing unless you ask us in writing not to.
- Until full payment is received, all work in progress remains our property.
7. Performance claims
Statistics shown on this website (e.g. average conversion improvements) are drawn from published industry research and our project experience. They are illustrative. Every business is different, and we do not guarantee any specific commercial result, ranking, or conversion rate from your new website.
8. Warranties and liability
- We warrant that the services will be performed with professional skill and care.
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (lost profits, lost data, business interruption).
- Our total liability arising out of a project is limited to the amount you paid for that project.
- Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, and nothing affects mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
9. Refunds and cancellation
Refunds are handled as described in our Refund Policy. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through our payment provider.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of any mandatory provisions of the law of the country where you live. The payment transaction itself is additionally governed by the payment provider's (Payoneer) terms.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to your project. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date above.
