Refund Policy
Every Cineweb project is bespoke work: a website designed and built specifically for your business. This policy explains exactly when you can get your money back, transparently and without fine-print games.
The short version: full refund any time before we start production. Fair, pro-rated refund if you cancel while we're working. No refund once your finished website has been delivered and approved — at that point the service has been fully performed.
1. Before production starts — 100% refund
If you cancel after paying but before we begin design work on your project, you receive a full refund. No questions, no deductions. Production begins once we have confirmed your brief and materials and scheduled your slot — we tell you explicitly when that happens.
2. While production is underway — pro-rated refund
If you cancel after production has started but before final delivery, we refund the portion of the price corresponding to work not yet performed, assessed fairly against the project plan (e.g. design concept, page build-out, revision rounds). We will show you exactly how the amount was calculated.
3. After delivery and approval — no refund
Once your finished website has been delivered and you have approved it (or the included revision rounds have been used), the service has been performed in full and is no longer refundable. If something is wrong with the delivered work, we fix it — see Section 4.
4. If we miss our commitments
- Late delivery: if we exceed the promised delivery time for reasons within our control (not waiting on your materials or approvals), you may choose between continuing with a new agreed deadline or cancelling for a full refund.
- Defects: if the delivered website materially fails to match the agreed scope, we correct it at no cost. Remaining revision rounds always stay available to you.
5. EU & UK consumers — 14-day withdrawal right
If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA or UK, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. Because our packages are custom services, by placing an order you request that we begin work within that 14-day period; if you withdraw after work has begun, you owe only the proportion of the service already performed, and once the service is fully performed your withdrawal right ends — as permitted by Directive 2011/83/EU and equivalent UK rules. Your statutory rights are never reduced below what the law guarantees.
6. How refunds are processed
- Payments for our services are collected through Payoneer's secure payment request service. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through the same channel.
- To request a refund, email hello@cineweb.agency with your order details — that is all it takes; we handle the rest with Payoneer.
- We respond to refund requests within 2 business days. Once approved, the refund typically reaches your account within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
7. A note on chargebacks
If anything feels wrong, please talk to us first — hello@cineweb.agency reaches a real human who answers fast, and we resolve genuine problems without friction. Chargebacks filed without contacting us take longer for everyone, including you.
