Privacy Policy
This policy explains, in plain language, what personal data Cineweb Agency ("we", "us") handles when you visit cineweb.agency or work with us, and what your rights are.
The short version: this website sets no cookies, runs no analytics or tracking scripts, and shows no ads. We only receive personal data when you choose to send it to us — by submitting a project brief or emailing us. We never sell personal data.
1. Who is responsible for your data

2. What we collect, and why

When you submit the order form or the project brief form, the information you entered is transmitted over HTTPS to our server and stored securely on our hosting infrastructure, where only we can access it. We use it solely to respond to you and run your project. Payment data (card details) is collected and processed entirely by Payoneer, our payment provider, on its own secure payment pages — it never reaches our systems.
3. What we deliberately do not do
- No cookies and no local-storage tracking of any kind.
- No analytics, advertising, fingerprinting, or social-media pixels.
- No selling, renting, or trading of personal data — ever.
- No marketing emails unless you explicitly ask for them.

Because some of these providers operate globally, data may be processed outside Türkiye and the EEA. We only share what is technically necessary for each service to function.
5. How long we keep data
- Project briefs and correspondence: for the duration of the inquiry/project, then as long as required for legal, tax, and bookkeeping obligations.
- Hosting logs: kept short-term by the hosting provider for security and operations.
6. Your rights
Under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK, Law No. 6698) and — where it applies to you — the EU/UK GDPR, you have the right to:
- learn whether we process your personal data, and request a copy;
- ask for correction of inaccurate data;
- ask for deletion of your data where there is no legal reason for us to keep it;
- object to or ask for restriction of certain processing;
- complain to your data protection authority (in Türkiye: KVKK; in the EEA/UK: your local supervisory authority).

7. Children
Our services are aimed at businesses and are not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
8. Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle data (for example, if we ever add analytics), we will update this page and its effective date before the change takes effect.
